Clean, good location and price affordable

The hotel is conveniently located, and I stayed there for several days in a row.

Our children worked at the hotel reception. The hotel seemed a little old, but the bedding was clean. We didn't have any particular problems. There are subways and trams just outside the hotel, which is convenient, but it gets very crowded in the morning.

The location is good, you can reach Marmaray/Metro Yenikapi in 500-600 m and it is very central. The room was OK for 2 people. My biggest problem was the warm water, unfortunately you had to wait 10-15 minutes for the water to heat up and then the water stopped running in the meantime. We explained the problem to the "caretaker" but he just said "oh, just let it run longer". Otherwise everything was OK.

It is clean and has a good location. But attention to customers is missing.

The bed is very comfortable and you can store your luggage here after checkout.

I booked three nights in Konak Bella 3. I booked it through "Booking" webpage. They put that they speak English and that they have 24h reception. It's all a COMPLETE LIE. They don't speak English so it was so difficult to comunicate with them, they didn't even try to use Google translator. Also, they told me LAST MINUTE that it was impossible to do the check in after 22h, although they said it was 24h reception. So I arrive at 24h at the airport and I found that I had NO PLACE TO GO. Since this moment, they stop answering my messages at all. I never had any more word from them, although I had two more nights booked and paid. They were COMPLETELY RUDE in the communications we had before and stopping the communication it was HUMILIATING and DESPICABLE. I asked a Turkish man from the hotel were we went that first night, to call them and try to communicate, and he told me that they were also so rude with him and that they told him that we were not expected at the hotel for the other two nights, as we didn't do the check in the first one. It has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had in a hotel. RUDE people and THIEFS. They kept my 135€ and leave us in the street, and never answer my messages. After that, we tried to comunicate with them to have a refund, and they never answer. DON'T GO THERE. I never write bad reviews, but this one is needed. Again, never go to Konak Bella. Turkish hotels and people are so kind and helpful, but Konak Bella is the worst example.
