Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt

Alwasy stay at this hotel for biz trip to Istanbul. Before, stayed at other hotels, Taksim was the worst one, Kaya, Tuyap hotel were so so. This month, I reserved another trip to this hotel. Very nice staff and facility. Only I concern is that the restaurant where we have breakfast, guys are not kind. Kitchen staff(cooking egg fries) was not efficient, seemed not much care about customer's request. This guy was Very bad. This is the reason service leverl is 3 from 5. Reception, cleaning service were good.

I stayed at Sheraton Esenyurt and overall the hotel is nice, but I had some issues with the service. Some of the reception staff spoke in an unfriendly or slightly rude way, which was uncomfortable. Also, during breakfast, there was confusion and unnecessary checking. At first, no one checked anything, then later we were told we couldn’t eat without payment, which was not clearly explained before. Since I have been a customer for a long time, I expected a better level of service. Unfortunately, it felt like the service quality has dropped. This inconsistency and lack of clear communication made the experience stressful and disappointing. I hope the management improves staff communication and overall service quality.
