Sheraton Grand Istanbul Atasehir Reviews

Night manager Kaan is so nice and professional! He addressed all my issues that the agency could not handle promptly. I appreciated him a lot!

Everything about this place – its location, rooms, breakfast, and cleanliness – was simply perfect for us. I definitely recommend it! 👍🏽

The only problem was that I was charged twice: once through Trip.com and again by the reception. There's a real lack of system here. I booked a large bed, but they gave me a small one. This level of disorganization is unacceptable.

Great hotel with good facilities and large rooms. a huge pool as well as sauna and steam bath, the receptionist Ayberk was very friendly and helpful, I recommend this place

Short walking distance to the office where I have to go to during my stay there.

The hotel is surrounded by numerous shopping malls. One of them, which I believe is Watergarden Istanbul, features a fantastic musical fountain and fire show that runs every hour on the hour after 8 PM, lasting for about three songs. It's quite a sight to behold. Also, across from Metropol Mall, there's a live shooting range which is quite affordable if you're interested. However, I wouldn't recommend buying luxury handbags in Istanbul. Even with the tax refund, they often end up being more expensive than in China, and the variety isn't particularly extensive. 😧

I am a business traveler having a meeting in this area. Hence, the hotel suits me very much. If you are tourist, this area (Atasehir) does not fit as it is quite far from tourist attractions in Istanbul.

Clean and tidy, excellent service.

The front desk staff were very rude.
