Booked for five nights and stayed for three nights. Room 503 was very infested with bedbugs on the first two nights and had a lot of bites on the body. I asked him to change rooms, but the room he changed was full of moldy smell. You can clearly see the mold on the wall. I stayed at this place for another night and decided to check out. The platform said that this hotel did not agree to check out, so the platform refunded 200 yuan.

It was so scary. There were bedbugs all over the sheets and quilts on the ceiling of the room, including on the floor. I called the hotel staff, but the result was that they would clean it tomorrow and leave it alone. I called the hotel staff again at two o'clock in the morning and they moved us to another hotel.

The hotel is located near Sirkeci Station, close to the old town and new town on the European side, and the ferry terminal that crosses to the Asian side, so you can walk anywhere. I stayed at this hotel this time because it was near Sirkeci Station, which is also the ticket office for tickets to Sofia, Bulgaria. The cleanliness of the room is honestly not good. Although it was the cheapest room, the room was in disrepair and the shower room was full of limescale. Also, the electrical outlet was exposed. There was an air conditioner, but it didn't work and I could only use the fan. There were insects on the bed that could be seen with the naked eye, making it difficult to stay comfortably. For those who don't like it, we recommend a slightly more upgraded room. Breakfast had variety and was delicious. It is as shown in the photo. The sauna and hot spring attached to the hotel were not available as of September 2023. Also, the shampoo provided in the room doesn't lather well, so we recommend you bring your own. If you're just looking for the location, I'd recommend it, so if you don't care about other things, please try staying here.

I booked another hotel and moved away from that place. It’s the first time I encountered such an unprofessional front desk. It’s the first time I spent money to make a fuss. I reported the situation to the customer service. I didn’t have any idea to solve the problem. I just said that I couldn’t cancel it. For the remaining 2 nights, I am really speechless because I don’t do anything about the store’s bullying behavior. If I lose 2 nights’ room fee, I will treat it as a waste of money and eliminate disasters.
