The best thing about the hotel was location next to the main shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful. As for the minuses - the old shabby rooms and very thin walls.

The staff were very sweet and helpful, unfortunately the toilet in my room wasn't accessible for disabled people, the door didn't open completely, we managed with a stool, but the cupboard was completely empty, not even a bottle of water was added, and the complimentary items were insufficient despite there being two of us. The cleanliness and location were very good, breakfast was average, it could have been better.

An ideal location Taksim Square and Galata Tower a few minutes, clean and modern rooms, breakfast missing some things but generally good, friendly staff, I recommend

The room was dusty, the lights didn't work properly, the WiFi was weak, the staff was cold and the sound insulation was poor, but the location was quite good.
