Fairmont Quasar Istanbul Hotel Reviews

The stay was over all very nice, capable and polite concierge. The best bit gotta be the indoor swimming pool and the restroom with a steam room, sauna, and experience shower. The staff is clean and efficient. We could move in to the room very early.

The hotel is superb, truly befitting that of a luxurious hotel. Lobby is grand in its modern sleek design and the room is ultra spacious continuing with the sleek design with latest tech enabled facilities . Our room was on the high floor with awesome sweeping city view . Bathroom was humongous with its own little private haman . I’m particular about bathrooms but this one fits the bill completely ! Location is still v central but with taxi fares being so cheap , we ended up taking taxis and the concierge were so efficient in arranging for us while we sat in the lobby . Fares are based on meters with no further charges ! We would like to strongly commend Ali Ozbey from concierge who kindly allowed us to store our luggage there before we left for Cappadocia despite the fact that prior to this we were staying at another hotel in I Ali also was so helpful during our stay there . We would without hesitation say that the Fairmont is our top choice if we return again to Istanbul !

Great check in and great food but the staff seem a bit rude and concierge was not so helpful if he is not getting any commission from the place you are interested on visiting .

Excellent facilities and rooms

A bit far from city center but compensated through metro access.

The hotel is modern with good service. Breakfast is not very good. The location is convenient for visiting the shopping center.

Hotels in Turkey are at least one level lower than those in China. The rooms of the same Fairmont are smaller than those in China. The lobby is like a living room at home, and the breakfast is limited in variety and there is nothing that Chinese people can eat.

Please choose Ctrip carefully. The most deceived person in a foreign country is Ctrip. I asked the coordinator to check out three days in advance. I was told that I couldn't keep procrastinating, so I was taken advantage of. After I changed my travel plan, I was suddenly told that the room had been refunded, but the money was not refunded at all. , before going to bed, I was forced to pay one more night's already paid rent.

Good location hotel

Upstairs there was always someone making noise, and then three rooms were changed, it felt like a prank by the hotel staff. After recording the audio, the manager said it was because of the air conditioner. Then I changed the room and turned off the air conditioner. The noise was even louder. I also recorded the audio. . In addition, the maintenance level of the facilities is not even comparable to that of an ordinary Marriot. This price is quite a loss, and it is not recommended.
