The hygiene was absolutely disgusting. We came into a room with a used razor, toilet paper in the toilet, clumps of hair on the floor, food stains on the table, broken shower door, a clogged shower drain and to top it off, mould on the ceiling. We came in, and left moments after my very gross shower experience. We asked for a refund and were denied- was told to reach out to trips.com however nobody was helpful.

The room was larger than we expected, and while the bathroom was a bit small, it was perfectly fine for two people. The location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square with no hills or stairs, which was great for carrying luggage. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs and many convenience stores, making it easy to get anywhere. The landlord was incredibly kind. I think this experience was exceptional value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again if I come back to Istanbul.

Near to Taksim Square. Interior was nicely design with basic furniture. Elevator is provided so you dont have to climb the stair to bring up your luggage. Toilet little bit small & narrow. Value of money.

The room design is quite unique and the lighting creates a nice ambiance ✨, but the facilities are noticeably old. The bathroom corners were moldy and the floor drain had accumulated grime. The bedding wasn't clean either; overall, the cleanliness wasn't up to par. However, the front desk service was excellent; they proactively helped resolve issues 👍, which was a real plus. The stay itself was just okay, but the warm human touch made up for it.

Location is perfect, walking distance to taksim square, however hotel room just ok 1st night they not clean the room, rubbish left in the room, toilet was not flushed and bathroom is too small even a xxl size person can't fit in the toilet. Tea/ coffee available in room, water dispenser also downstairs you can refill the bottles. Staff is good I asked for the iron they provide instantly, so overall good experience just only the size issue

The room was amazing, and the owner is really nice - very friendly and genuine towards Chinese people. It's a great place to shop, and I hope they can keep doing well. They offer tea that the owner bought specially, and it tastes amazing - definitely worth trying. This hotel has really impressed me with Istanbul, and I think I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit

On arrival Night staff not friendly air conditioning not working which was fixed after several complaints. Wash room smell very bad. Leakage in sink. Day staff very helpful.. avoid this place.

The stay was okay overall. The hotel has a convenient location near Taksim, and everything was generally normal for a short stay. The staff were fine and the room was acceptable. However, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the fridge was also not working. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room/bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were quite small and narrow. Overall, it was an average stay. The location is good, but the hotel could improve the room facilities, especially the air conditioning, fridge, cleanliness and bathroom.
