This didn’t feel like a 5 star service, very slow, nothing special, room service was limited and overpriced for the experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was an amazing experience to get married there and spend the night. The rooms are excellent. It’s an old American embassy historic building renovated smartly. The service is spot on. I’d definitely recommend to stay there if you want to spend your vacation at the heart of the European side of Istanbul.

I saw many people recommend it. But I really want to complain. I don't recommend staying here. The room style is a bit like TUVE in Hong Kong. But with the most basic price here, I can already stay in the best room type at TUVE. And the toilet is very cramped. There is no service even if you ask for it. It would be fine if they didn't take the luggage when they saw it, but compare it to when we left at Park Hyatt, two staff members followed us out to take the luggage, opened the car door and said all kinds of heartwarming things. I didn't know there were rooms in the basement before I went there. We were given two basement rooms at first. After two negotiations, the front desk said there were no rooms. After the third negotiation, they said we could change to a room upstairs. We complained to Ctrip. After a long time, they said there were rooms upstairs. Finally, we were changed. But it affected my mood. The three basement rooms were extremely dim. It was like night during the day. The most important thing was that the lights were extremely dim. It was like the ** in horror movies. There was no cost-effectiveness except for the convenience of travel. Be careful when staying. Perfect hotel. The welcome cookies are not too delicious. The hotel also has a club which is a feature. We didn't go there because we were tired every day. I will definitely choose this brand of hotel again.

The sanitation of the room is extremely poor, the bathroom is full of dirt. Rusty trash cans, drainage lines are all yellow and black mold. The curtains are gray, the whole building is newly built, not an old building, not worth the price! Avoid!

There were staff to help with my luggage when I entered the hotel, but my suitcase was pushed away by other guests when I checked in. laugh. In the end, the customer found out that he had brought the wrong item and sent it back. There were many people in the lobby and garden from morning to night, almost full. The most annoying thing is that there are mold spots all over the bathroom wall, and the tiles have dark patterns that are difficult to see clearly. My only request for a hotel is cleanliness and I hope the hotel staff will take the time to clean it thoroughly. The room and garden are small but beautiful.

The location is good, the hotel is very special, the rooms are quite interesting, European checkered, very romantic. But the price is a bit too much and the service level cannot keep up. Maybe it is a local characteristic and we did not understand how special this hotel is. Either improve the service level or reduce the price. The hardware is very good but the software is still poor. Next time I will change hotels when traveling.
