Cher Hotel & Spa Istanbul Taksim

My stay at Cher Hotel was average. The front desk staff were very friendly, especially Mohamed, who was always helpful and welcoming. However, the room cleaning was below expectations, the breakfast had very limited variety with the same menu every day, and the spa pool is too small. A shuttle to Taksim Square would also be a great addition. Traffic noise can be noticeable, and the rooms at the back don’t offer a pleasant view. Overall, the staff made a positive difference, but there is room for improvement in several areas.

First of all, the hotel was absolutely amazing — everything met and even exceeded the expectations of a 5-star experience. A special thank you to Ahmut, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Everyone’s English was excellent, which made communication so easy and pleasant. It was also my birthday during the trip, and the staff surprised me with a delicious cake — such a thoughtful gesture! The hospitality was truly outstanding, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The stay was okay. There was a bit of humidity smell in the room but overall it was clean and well located in taksim.

The hotel was good but no tissue in the room , The shuttle was broken so couldn’t use it. But overall thats s good hotel.
