The hotel's location is great, right by the sea, though the facilities are a bit dated. It's a good option if you're on a budget.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The location was perfect with a subway station right outside our hotel. The breakfast was great every morning and the spa area really helped us have a relaxing stay We highly recommend it here

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Ataköy in a room with an unbelievably beautiful sea view. My dinner was delightful and had great vegetarian options. The reception staff were wonderfully friendly and professional — they truly made me feel at home. It was an excellent experience overall! 🌟

Location was nice by the coast and staffs were extremely friendly and professional!

The hotels view was good, but windows were very dirty. Also the hotel was very old and not the same quality you are expecting from Sheraton brand

The hotel is in a great location with nice views, breakfast is very good and the pool area is pleasant. However, it is very outdated, the rooms are very old, and apart from the bed linens things don't seem clean, a lot of stains and outdated furniture, and "leftovers" from previous guests, and dirty windows.

Horrible experience at this hotel, do not book if you want to get sleep. There were events by the pool side for two consecutive days when we are staying and the music were blasting all the way through 12 midnight, the volume was so loud even from the room on high levels, it’s impossible to sleep, the reception and staffs just brushed us off, simply just told us that they are allowed to play music till midnight by law. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staffs. We paid such a high price for a room but wasn’t able to even get proper rest, the hotel should have make known on their description that they allow loud music till midnight, it is unfair that it is not stated and we are somehow forced to accept this. Could have gotten a hotel that is located in a more convenient place and without loud music…

This hotel doesn’t deserve the international name. It was very bad. The pathways are very dirty. Hazards everywhere. Car parking was very dirty and dusty and they are using the half of the car parking for storing broken chairs, tables and other materials. This hotel needs a very deep update on everything. This will be my last stay.

The sea view was absolutely gorgeous, and the gym and pool facilities were excellent. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with an impressive selection of cheeses and a wide range of drinks. The male service staff were not only handsome but also incredibly warm and enthusiastic. This truly confirmed I made an excellent choice for my trip. Highly recommended! 👍

The location is quite far from the main city center, but it's convenient if you're driving. The 1k price point felt reasonable. However, we had a negative experience: Upon picking up our car at the entrance, the attendant informed us that parking right outside costs 400 Lira, while underground parking is free. The frustrating part was that nobody had informed us about this parking fee beforehand. We had intended to leave a tip, but this made us change our minds.

Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients.

A very disorganised and dirty hotel. My room was not cleaned after multiple requests so I cleaned it myself as I needed to sleep due to jetlag (see photos). Also major safety issues, electronic systems left with no covers, major fire and electricution risk (see photo below). Also note if you have a ocean facing room the music from the pool will echo in your room, no noise reduction possible, the music was very loud. I did complain after having cleaned my own room, but was told no other rooms available. Staff are unproactive until hotel recieved a full refund request from Trip.com. Hotel then gave me an upgrade whicjh is a positive, but only after a financial incentive. Trip.com were very good in helping resolve the problem. My advice avoid it unless you want to face the health and safety issues.
