Staff can’t speak English they charge for the water which is water was free when I booked

Its always a good option for a business trip to İstanbul. Clean calme and very good prices . I like the garden and the locationof this hotel.

How is it possible for a hotel to receive 5stars where the cleaning of the room is about taking the trash out an putting 2 bottles of water? They made the beds without changing the mattresses. There was an odor in the room mixed with smoke, humidity and mold. Minibar was empty, never filled and asked if we used it during checkout. They were not aware it was filled or not. We waited housekeeping for 3 hrs for additional mattress after our request during check in. Sofa was dirty and burnt with cigarette. Under the sofa there were all kind of trash.

The location is ideal, close to Merter, the cleanliness is not bad, I recommend it for short-term accommodation.

The location is perfect. The hotel's garden is very nice. I did not like the cleanliness and neatness of some ladies. People coming from outside should not be served alcohol in the garden at night. We were very disturbed by this issue.

The room is clean, the breakfast is good, with a wide variety, the honey is delicious, the lady's fried eggs are delicious, the service attitude of the front desk and room staff needs to be improved, and it would be better if there was air conditioning in the room.
