I booked non smoking room, however it was the room for smokers with bad smell inside. I wanted to open the window for fresh air, but air conditioners were just outside the window and the noise was annoying. I was asked to pay 100usd deposit only with credit card or cash. I had neither credit card nor cash. So hotel representative came to my room and took everything out from minibar. I checked in at 2 am and had to wake up at 7, so I had no desire to argue or change the room. There is construction right outside the window Room 502. Be aware

no need to say a word about the hotel but it is ridiculous that you need to pay for parking! beverage price in the room is rip off! staff that controls the parking exit has no clue what they do, they lowered the barrier very late and cause me crashed my car's bumpers and nobody cares!

The hotel is comfortable. Good, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. But there are several minuses. The main one is a huge construction site right under the windows. The neighboring building. Also in the evening there is no bartender in the lobby bar. There is nothing around the hotel, although you can walk to the shopping center in 20 minutes.

I hadn't received body lotion for three days in a row. The first day I thought I'd just let it go and they'd refill it the next day. The second day they didn't refill it, so I called to ask them to send some, but they sent shower gel instead. Since I'd already showered, I thought I'd just let it go and called to tell the housekeeping to refill the body lotion the next day. But the third day they still hadn't refilled it... I was furious... When I called the front desk, they were like a broken record, not even offering an apology. They even lectured me: "If you want it, just tell us, and we'll send it over." I hung up immediately, furious. Then, their staff actually knocked on the door! I was in the bathroom! They just opened the door without asking! I yelled, "Don't come in!" and only then did the staff close the door and leave. Good heavens!
