We were checked into a new room, and everything was fine until the hotel next door started playing loud music late into the night. We couldn't fall asleep for a long time and couldn't close the windows because, as we were told, the ventilation hadn't been connected yet, so no AC. I hope they've fixed the issue.

Eglish is main concern that non of customer care knows. You have to struggle to talk to them. Any repair not done immediately, we had hanging glass shelf not secured to keep our toiletries. Informed reception but till we left nothing was done. Room was very small. But location is good.

No body speaks english. Communication was really bad. Room cleaness was average, we requested mattress change but didn't respond to our request. As mattress was not firm. Breakfast was boring.

I love pool on the roof and breakfast buffet. Everything sites close to the hotel. Walk distance.

This hotel didn't change the pillow case and there was a power outage twice. It was a complete mess 환쿡윈들운 졸돼로 과지 뫌곳

When booking, we mentioned a pool and rooftop terrace, but in reality, there was none of that; everything was under renovation. The plus side is the new renovation.

Unfortunately, the hotel is currently under renovation! However, one or two floors are being rented out, which is abnormal in my opinion! It is full of dust everywhere, including in the room, not to mention the elevator! All the debris resulting from the renovation is taken down by the elevator! In front of the hotel there was a mountain of garbage resulting from the renovation! PATIENT!!

Great hotel, great location. Nice staff. Recommend.
