Arrived late night & didn’t find welcoming atmosphere. I booked double room with double bed but they give me room with twin beds. Room & toilet was very small with empty bottles of shampoo & body wash

The staff woke me up at 5am, opening the room door with no reason. I spoke to the manager and there was no attempt to apologies or keep us as a customer. The staff and the servixe are terrible. The hotel is sponsired by Intra tours.

nothing like the pictures they provide in ******* site, room is very very small size, we pick 3 beds in a room , the picture showing nice area and space between beds, it is ended up that they add a bed between 2 beds in the walking area instead of the table , there was no chair in room can't walk between beds very tight, if we get food we have to eat on our bed because there is no other choice , we keep asking stuff to move to bigger room or to book another room for one person to move there , they refuse and there was no other option, it was long stay 15 days , bad experience.
Breakfast: most of the days the egg making guy is not there!!

This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Istanbul. The rooms are not very big, however the hotel is spacious. Everything is clean. Breakfast that is included in the room is not very good. We went early to breakfast and the restaurant was extremely cold as they didn't turn on the AC ahead. The view from that restaurant is splendid.

Very good hotel! Excellent location. Breakfast was very good and varied. Service was good. The hotel and the rooms were clean, but the only problem was that the room was too small. It was a single room, I don’t know if double rooms are also small.
