I am writing a compliment letter to thank hotel staffs for amazing services and help with taxi so we are able to catch domestic flight on time. Definitely considering come back and stay again. Rooftop is the highlight.

The service attitude was good, and the breakfast was OK. However, the air conditioner couldn't control the temperature. It was too hot, so I didn't sleep well. I caught a cold while sleeping naked.
