Long walk to the strain station . Not much activities there to do . Not convenience to reach center attraction . But good value

Good price and good sized room. However there were many things we did not like. There is smoking allowed in all parts of the building contrary to laws. Our evening meal and breakfasts were eaten in a smoky environment with smokers freely smoking on all tables. Our room smelt of smoke even though we expected a non-smoking room. There were "burn holes" on the bed coverings. The drawers were dusty inside. The shower leaked badly onto the floor, the rolling door kept coming off its tracking and the shower head leaked. The sink did not drain well.
Despite this the staff were very polite and helpful. Near to the Metro.

Breakfast need to be improved as we have seen is a limited one : no juice, no milk, no coffee, only boiled eggs, tea, bread with soupe and some cheese, salad.
The staff of the hotel is very nice and they responded to our demand for room service that is not done every morning if you don’t ask

Poor start - reception (2 young fit guys) watched us struggle with luggage up the steps to lobby. A Mon smoking room was requested- our room was a smoking room - smell, everything discoloured. Tired decoration mainteissues. Loud other guests on the same floor. Restaurant below average. 2 staff in total spoke English making it impossible to get a straight answer about anything. 10 minute walk to metro. Warm room.

Merhabalar İşim gereği en yakın lokasyon olan otelinizi tercih ettim.3 ekim günü saat 20:00 gibi otelinize giriş yaptım ve bana tahsis edilen 507 nolu odaya geçtim.Oda içerisinde inanılmaz kötü bir koku ve duşu kirli olarak gördüm,ayrıca camlardan birinin bozuk olmasından dolayı yarım saat kapatmaya çalıştım ama başaramadım.Bu sorunlardan dolayı 21:30 gibi otelinizden ayrıldım ve başka bir yerde konaklamak için ayrıldım.Bu sorunların bir daha yaşanmaması ve mağduriyetimin giderilmesi istiyorum.
