Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Grand Bazaar

This is a wonderful hotel. It's a little bit dated, but the staff really make you feel at home. The managers are excellent, remembering not just the guests but also their preferences. There's a good selection at breakfast, and in addition to the buffet, they'll make you an omelet or fried eggs to order. One of the hotel's unique features is that they even serve you breakfast on your arrival day. You won't eat much, but a cup of coffee or perfectly brewed Turkish tea is fantastic. The WiFi is good. The hotel itself is in a calm, quiet area, yet it's close to a central metro line, a tram line, and the Marmaray station. There are plenty of cafes nearby for any budget. Plus, it's an easy walk to the main attractions and ferry terminals.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and cozy. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly helpful; he upgraded my room to a spacious suite. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It's conveniently located, close to tourist attractions. 100% satisfied!

Location: The location is relatively acceptable. It's no more than a 6-minute walk to the metro station, and about 10 minutes on foot to the Laleli area, where there's a tram. It's convenient for getting around but not right in the heart of the action. Inside the hotel: The hotel is clearly old. The corridors are narrow and enclosed, giving a cramped feeling. The rooms, in general, are small and don't reflect what the name "large double" suggests. We booked a Double Superior room, and upon arrival, the room given was very small, but as soon as we asked, they changed it immediately—which is a credit to them. The staff is kind and cooperative. Breakfast: Breakfast is good if it's included with the booking. However, if it's an optional extra at a separate price, it's not worth it. Summary: The hotel is clean and the service is excellent, but it's very old and the rooms are small. It's suitable if the priority is price and location, but don't expect complete comfort.

I've been a guest at this hotel for a while, but this time I'm very, very disappointed with the evening front desk staff. I had to wait until the next morning to speak with the manager, who then resolved the issue. I'm extremely disappointed with the night watchman's behavior.

The room was decent. Breakfast was great. The hotel exterior is clean and quiet, providing a nice escape from the bustling city while still being conveniently located near plenty of dining options downstairs. Some rooms even offer a view of the City Hall.
