Good place

The location is excellent, and the service provided was outstanding. The staff helped carry our bags all the way to the lobby and back, which we really appreciated. The cleanliness was very good, and the family room had plenty of space. Overall, a great stay for families

Location is good. Stuff is sociable. I liked it very much because it is 8-9 minutes wald to Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmet square.

Really nice little hotel in Istanbul. Very close to the historic center and hagia Sofia. 5 minutes walk to the water front as well with some nice restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfy. There is some major works going on across the road but you can only hear them during the day. Overall good stay.

Honestly, the staff were so helpful and kind and accommodation. I woke up with food poisoning on my last day and was due to check out but they gave me water, let me check out late and checked that i got to where i needed to be. English levels not amazing but perfectly acceptable. Brilliant price for what I received and was in a great location.

2 days out of 4 no electricity to run the airconditioning, so we slept on the balcony because too hot in the room. (Lucky no rainy nights...) The towels were not changed, and the room was not cleaned even once. Ever. The top floor room has a view and even though no elevator, it is worth the climb. But the room is HOT. Location is not bad, but not the best. With some walking it is OK. The price was too high respecting the amenities and quality.

Perfect place to stay in order to leave in the heart of the historical area. Nice hotel, very pleasant staff.

Worth the money

It's a good spot. Plenty clean and nice for normal folks. Picky people could probably find something. But the staff was nice the place was nice, just a bit of a walk to the tram. It was cheaper through trips.com then when I just called and asked by like 40$ a night. So go online to book. Had top floor with a balcony with a great view of harbor...not sure all rooms have same great view. But our family room great

We had a room upgrade on the level floor.

I stayed a night here and Zaki provided amazing service. He was extremely welcoming and helped us as much as he could. Zaki gave us a room 2 hours prior to check in as were arrived earlier than expected and he upgraded us to a family room for the same price as a normal room. He had good knowledge of the area as well. 5 minute walk to the blue mosque. The room was also amazing and clean. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing the location was great. It’s located in a very quiet and pretty street. I would definitely book with them again.
