Although I have paid for the room while booking as taxes and fees included , they got my credit card details during check-in if I would use minibar or order meals etc. After check-out I reached them by phone they said they charged “5% service charge” to my credit card !!!! I objected it since I have paid including everything and I was not informed even during check-in time that they would charge it. Then they accepted to return that service charge amount to my credit card . I hope they would do it.

The hotel is truly wonderful. It's both luxurious and the rooms were very clean, with very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved it. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. We had two rooms arranged as a family suite, which were prepared especially for us. We didn’t experience any issues and were very satisfied with our stay.

It’s ok to stay for 1 night closes to airport not more. I stayed in this hotel on Monday and a party near the swimming pool was till 12.30 a.m Very noisy. The hotel very busy with business meetings or conferences. Maybe it’s a good hotel for business but for family vacation it’s not .

Party at restaurant and bar 2 of 3 nights didn’t leave us sleep properly. Also constantly maintenance jobs at the next room. No any comprehension from staff about our complaints. Do not recommend!

Service, hotel cleanliness & location excellent for Asian side. Only the shower with the hot / cold water temperature & pressure not working the best. Temperature is not consistent; it fluctuates. Will be uncomfortable for guests who don’t like cold water during winter.

I left another review before. Gym is nice but hours are limited. They have music or a club playing so try to stay in the middle floors or it can be loud. The room is more than adequately sized. besides check in being a little bit rough and less friendly than I expect the rest of service was fine. Trip.com definitely had the best price. I tried to price match through going through their own site, but they would not price match Trip.com.
Take public transport to European site is pretty easy and saves a ton of money
