If you just look for “A roof over your head” & still pay 170 €/night, that’s the right place! After some nights & with great disappointment we moved to another hotel that was matching our expectations & deserved its 5-Stars! As a highlight Breakfast was worse than a Youth Hostel! A daily RATION on a plate with some pieces of cheese, ham, omelette, yoghurt, little veggie, some cream, honey & fruits were just 4 pieces of melon! You can ask for more! Checked in the room, we noted problems: cluttered shower changed quickly, leaking water hose fixed on 2nd day, “warm” fridge changed on 3rd day after several complaints, not with a new one as owner’s dad promised. They switched it with another room’s, so shifting the problem to another guest, as they said the hotel was full. Sorry for guests who got it! Turkish TV are open, English ch. like CNN/BBC are locked. The day Receptionist changed the batteries in the remote control (!), then promised to ask technicians, but nothing happened. When we asked after 3 days, she replied with an “angry face & tone” that it can’t be fixed! Our money is not enough to pay for a 2 English channels! They can always blame on temporary problems, as no guest stays long enough to see the truth! Apart from some unfriendly personalities, the other floor staff were helpful & friendly. But obviously it’s not enough, if management & receptionist have no education in Hotel & Tourism in order to understand & try to improve, rather than just counting € & $!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights the staff were very friendly and polite, when we arrived our room (404) was very hot we thought we may need to wait on the ac to work, but it did not work at all so we called the receptionist and they brought us a portable fan! On the next day they upgraded us to another room it was a nice suite, our view was a wall, no sun could come in our room. The breakfast was very delicious. Overall it was a good hotel just make sure the ac is working.

Very clean and rennovated hotel. Rooms are extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nisa in the reception was quite informed about the city and siteseeing. The breakfast is huge. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, bit within 5 minutes walking distance from many resturants and bars.

The place is nice and clean, but the pictures are modified to make it look better. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and they only have 2 parking slots. A bit over priced I believe for the room standard

Had a great stay for 2 nights at the PEARL SUITES HOTEL in Besiktas. A very new hotel with easy access to all of Istanbul. Staff are great and i even got to meet the owner who was very humble and friendly. The hotel is managed by Erdem Koroglu who is very well organised and knows guest relations better than most. I was given an upgrade to a suite which made made stay more comfortable. Thanks Erdem and team.

The hotel is located in peaceful street . it is small only 16 rooms and because the stuff is so friendly you got the feeling that you come to visit your friends. It is in the center of Besiktas so everything is near Ortakoy Mejdan, Taxim, Nisantansi, Sultanahmet, bus station, tram station, ferry station. Breakfast is good but we all missed a fruits at the breakfast although they try to do every day something new beside the butter , salami and cheese. If you want eggs you just let them know and they will prpaper you of course you have to pay but that is usually 2 Euros actually nothing. They have a very good coffee and tea and that is important to me. Rooms are clean whatever you need you just ask Mr. Erdem or Mrs Nisa they will help you with anything. I will be back again in this hotel I love the energy and the vibe in this hotel.

Номер был не чистым. Повсюду были чужие волосы. Завтрак вообще никакой. Пришлось завтракать в другом месте. Писали что есть парковка, только из за этого и забронировали этот отель. Но поставить машину было некуда. Было очень не удобно тратить больше часа чтобы найти место для машины.
