The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, which we really appreciated.
There were a few things that could be improved, though. The biggest issue was the bedding. There was no proper duvet or blanket provided, just a very thin sheet-like cover, which was not warm enough at all. It got quite cold at night, so a proper blanket would have made the stay much more comfortable.
We also noticed that the breakfast hours listed when we made the booking didn’t match the actual breakfast hours at the hotel. Because of this, our schedule ended up being quite rushed and we didn’t have enough time to have breakfast at the hotel. We did appreciate that the staff were kind enough to let us pack some bread to take with us, which was very thoughtful and helpful.
One other thing that was a bit confusing was the hairdryer situation. We had two rooms but were only provided with one hairdryer. When we checked out, a staff member asked where the second hairdryer was, which was confusing as we had only received one in the first place. I would suggest that the hotel keep better track of the items provided in each room and make sure everything is properly checked before guests arrive and after they leave. It might also be a good idea for guests to check the room items upon arrival, just to avoid any misunderstandings.
Overall, the staff were lovely and genuinely helpful. With a few improvements to the bedding, breakfast information, and room inventory, I think the overall guest experience could be much better.
