It's located in a great spot in Florya, near a lot of banks and supermarkets. Near it a great park. Suite with a lot of space and nice decoration and equipments. Near the pool, a place to relax.

Very clean and good place for a family.

There is a lot of space and you can park your car. It's a bit remote, and it takes a long time to get to the main city nearby. The supermarket within walking distance is quite big.

The size of the room exceeded my expectations. It was really big and spacious. It will be a good choice when many people are traveling on business in the future. The living conditions around it are also very good. There are many restaurants and the price is not expensive. It is very close to the seaside. The only thing The only problem is that the light in the room itself is not ideal, and there is almost no seating area in the room.

Clean , good condition & dising. Gentlemen recepsionist . We arrivet in the morning and they were so ready to give us the room 😊. That was so kind! All super 🙏. Good location for fiera! So that you for all the pleasure of staying at your hotel! We already are thinking to come again!

We arrived quite late but no issues with check in , staff throughout the stay were polite and eager to help. Accommodation was spacious with lovely touches of decor. For the price and location my stay at Baymari was outstanding. Pool was a bit cold for my liking but I was not too bothered by this as my next hotel had an indoor pool. Overall will come back to this area for sure and stay here as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I recommend the kahvesi (cafe/eatery) nearby as it had amazing food and ambience. Lots of cafes and shops nearby you will not be in need of anything.

I can highly recommend the Baymari Suites Florya Istanbul for your next stay! The staff were very quick in responding to questions about the property prior to booking, they were very professional and friendly while providing the reservation information prior to arrival via email and they have just been amazing with customer service since arriving at the property. The property itself is very well maintained and is the perfect location for checking out the neighbourhood. There is a huge park only a five minute walk away, and is also close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. I can not say enough good things about the experience with booking and staying here. It's perfect for a large family stay or just a couple. What more could you ask for: Comfort, security, exceptional customer service and a great location! Batuhan and his team will make your stay a great one!!

Stayed at Baymari Suites Florya for 2 nights. It was excellent, everywhere is very clean, cosy beds, kitchen is equipped with everything required, friendly staff eager to help with any request, very good location in Florya. Best choice in that area for such money. Highly recommended!

We'll loved this place. Nicely setup with nice decor and, big apartment. The bed was very comfy. Place in neighbourhood area. Near to everything, restaurant, supermarket, cafe,atm bank just name it. Just 15mins walk to the train station (Florya). The Manager and other's receptionist staff are so cheerful and helpful. Giving every information that we need for our day trips. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to istanbul *****. Thank you!.

My stay at Baymari Suites was excellent. Firstly the location is perfect as you have everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants, train station in under 10-15 mins walk. Rooms were really clean and newly decorated. And the hospitality was top notch as the staff did everything they can to make sure our stay was perfect.I would highly recommend staying here.

It is a reasonable apartment, the photos were probably taken when they were just open. It was clean and everything was there, but I expected more. Also because it was said that it was luxurious or at least that was suggested. It was the higher segment. The houses were behind the building. I especially did not like the reception. This is not a hotel and if you want towels etc. you have to pay extra for them. Behind was artificial grass. There were cars. Furthermore, Istanbul is a great city, definitely worth it. But everything has become extremely expensive

We got here completely by accident due to the lack of knowledge of the city and routes of the person booking the accommodation. It’s a long way from the business center, we took a taxi for 25-30 minutes, and catching a taxi on the street took 10-15 minutes. Very compact place, about 15-20 rooms, maybe more. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is a wardrobe with shelves and hangers, bathrobes and slippers. The bathtub has a shower cabin, but the bathtub itself is missing. Quickly washing just your hair separately is a problem. It is better to take shampoo with you. There is an iron, board, hair dryer, bathroom amenities, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, dishes, boards, forks, spoons, knives, corkscrew (there was not enough kitchen towel when cooking), and there is a small outdoor pool in the yard. Very clean everywhere! There wasn't enough cooler in the kitchen. Upon arrival there are 2 bottles of water of 1.5-2.0 liters, then we bought water in a store nearby for 3.5 for 1.5-2.0 liters. Quiet enough if there are no families with children in the pool. Wonderful bed and pillows, dark curtains blocking the light. The place is more suitable for family holidays of local or nearby countries. It was inappropriate to leave the apartment in a suit and stiletto heels, when people were sunbathing and splashing around in their shorts. Opposite the hotel across the road you can quickly exchange currency for local currency without queuing. Next to the hotel (on the right) there is a BIM store, where there are all the products for preparing lunch + manufactured goods for the home + hygiene. On the other side down the street - alcoholic + juices. A 30-minute walk is the access to the sea, the embankment, a little further there is a sandy beach, clean, well-groomed, a cozy park with shade. Convenient place for a picnic. There is a supermarket on the way. Many thanks to the girls at the reception! They will solve any problem politely, competently and delicately. I remember this moment the most!
