Great location, very helpful staff. Helped me with my luggage a lot. Not the most quiet place though. The window needs some fixing so less sounds will come to the room. The bed is extremely narrow.

Very beautiful location and amazing staff! Especially Roman at the reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s location is a perfect 10 out of 10. If I visit Turkey again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location and provides all you could need or expect for the budget level. The staff are incredibly helpful and even walked me to my taxi to ensure I was picked up at the right place. Really can’t understand some of the negative google reviews, I couldn’t fault it.

The room was a little some. No elevator. The restroom was clean.

The boss was very considerate. He waited for us at the intersection after we landed in the city at around 3 o'clock to help us with our luggage and check in. If we had any needs, we could tell the front desk and they would solve them immediately. The room facilities were much better than expected. The hotel is right behind the sea, with ferries docked. You can see the Galata Bridge and two mosques in the same frame, which is very beautiful under the sunset. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When we chatted, he was very interested in and understood Chinese history. The staff were very friendly. I recommend it~

Good hotel, convenient location. True, I did not find the entrance right away. The room was small and the windows overlooked the neighboring house, but everything was there (coffee/tea, water, towels, bathroom accessories, etc.). All the equipment worked. It was cool, but the air conditioner worked in the "heat" mode, so we managed to find a comfortable temperature. The room was clean, although it was obvious that it had not been renovated for a long time (scuffs on the ceiling, damage to the wallpaper). Due to the peculiarities of the building (the presence of a kitchen elevator shaft), the room we were given was a bit cramped and the ceiling was very low, but this did not cause much discomfort. Perhaps the noise of the air conditioning unit, which is located outside the window on the balcony, will bother someone, but such things do not bother me much. At the reception during check-in there was a guy from Azerbaijan, he knows English and Russian well. There were no problems with communication.

This hotel had excellent access to the main station, bus stops, and tourist spots. The view from the room was also amazing, and I stayed there for 5 nights and have no complaints. The building only had stairs, but the staff carried all of our luggage for us, and we were very impressed with their kindness. If I come to Istanbul again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

I took a standard room. The rooms are very small and there is no place to pray or sit. It is not even psychologically comfortable. Of course, I booked only one night and it was the worst night. I left directly the next day and thank God that I left that ill-fated room.

I made a cancellation request immediately after making a reservation.. Even though I called the hotel 1 week before that I would not go, it was not withdrawn from my card and they said it would be cancelled anyway. Then the money was withdrawn from my card and the hotel staff did not cancel my reservation. Then, they found a solution and said that I could stay for 2 days on another date so that my payment would not be wasted. I also received a negative response to my request.. To be frank, even though I told the hotel and trip staff 1 week before that I would not go and stay, I PAID THE MONEY AND I DO NOT FORGIVE MY RIGHTS.. NO SOLUTION WAS PRODUCED 👎🏻
