This hotel is extremely good value for money, and a convenient low-grade premium hotel to stay while in Istanbul. The service from the front desk staff was consistently helpful and friendly, and I appreciated the surprisingly generous and expansive buffet options at breakfast (included in my room rate). The only negative was a constant rumbling noise from an air vent in the room, but foam ear plugs took care of that - apart from this, the room was spacious enough and well equipped, with further amenities available on request.

Bad attitude and bad service. I checked into this hotel shortly after 1 AM, and the experience was truly awful from the very beginning. The front desk was extremely slow and inefficient — I only managed to get into my room around 1:45 AM. Then, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was completely broken. I called reception for help, and no one showed up for over 10 minutes. I had to call again, and after another 10 minutes or so, someone finally came, took a quick look, and told me to wait five minutes while he went to get something. He never returned. I went down to the reception myself to ask what was going on, and the staff there were unbelievably rude. They simply said, “If you don’t like it, you can check out,” with zero intention of helping or solving the issue. This happened around 2 to 3 AM — I have never encountered such disrespectful customer service in any hotel. Even more shocking was the behavior of the manager — not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he was even ruder and more dismissive. If the hotel’s management behaves like this, it’s not hard to imagine how poorly the rest of the staff treat their guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this hotel. The service is absolutely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this supposed standard. What’s worse is that when I filed a complaint through Trip.com, someone named Dmesec (I’m not sure if this is the manager or a staff member) lied to the platform, claiming the issue was resolved at 1:30 AM — which is impossible, because I hadn’t even entered the room until 1:45 AM! No one ever apologized. I looked through the reviews and realized I was not the only one — several people reported similar problems. One review dated July 11 described nearly the same situation, and I stayed here on July 26, so clearly nothing has changed. The reception team — including the manager — showed no awareness or concern about how bad their service was. I truly hope that my terrible early-morning experience can help future travelers avoid this hotel altogether.

Don’t forget valuable things inside the room! Wallet went missing from our room, spent half day to report it to police, to avoid that just be careful, we weren’t. We were a group of 5 and the other two rooms had no problems they were more cautious. Clean hotel, good location, breakfast with options for everyone.

A great family hotel. It was very clean and conveniently located very close to the city center. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool was good for a swim.

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the reception staff. My wife, child, and I booked and prepaid for a Family Suite with multiple beds and a Pool View. Instead, we were assigned a room with only a king-size bed and no small bed for our child. The room description on their official website clearly shows a small bed, and this was also confirmed in my booking confirmation, as shown in the attached screenshot. After complaining, the reception offered to provide a foldable bed— okay, we got it, but it wasn't what we wanted when searching for a hotel. Later, when showering in the evening, we noticed only two towels for three people. I contacted reception, and they initially sent two bathrobes. Using a translation app, I requested an additional towel, and after a few minutes, they delivered three towels. Overall, the service was poor. To summarize: 1. The hotel provided a room meant for a couple, not a family. 2. The room lacked the second bed as advertised, only having one. 3. There were only two sets of towels for three guests. 4. There were stains in the bathroom as visible in one of the photos. 5. The swimming pool was out of order. It feels like we were downgraded because we arrived late and only stayed overnight. My assumption is that the reception gave our original room to someone else. Instead, we received a room the same/similar in size but intended for a couple. Maybe I'm wrong, that’s the impression I have. This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating; at best, it is a 3-star. I usually stay alone in this area when traveling, and last year, I stayed at a 3-star hotel on the same street that offered better service.

Horrible stay! We were allotted a wrong rooms along with that AC was not working Front desk doesn’t know English properly so difficult to communicate. Location is good, but will be avoiding Ramada from next time. Not a 5 star!

This morning during check-out, the front desk staff asked how we planned to get to the airport. We mentioned taking an Uber, but the staff member suggested arranging a hotel taxi instead, assuring us it would be the same price and much safer. We agreed to this. However, the experience was extremely concerning. The yellow taxi (number 34 TFH 39) arrived, and as soon as we boarded, we noticed the driver’s seat was pushed far back, leaving my son with almost no legroom. Despite politely asking the driver to adjust the seat, he refused. Throughout the 45-minute journey, the driver drove recklessly — maintaining speeds of around 120 km/h even when there was no traffic. He was smoking in the car, playing loud music, and even watching music videos while driving. When I asked him to slow down, he responded rudely, saying, “I’m a professional, I know — be quiet.” His behaviour made us feel unsafe and anxious, and it genuinely seemed as though he might have been under the influence of something. This was one of the most stressful taxi rides we’ve ever had. I’m very surprised that the hotel would describe their taxis as “safe.” Based on our experience, this was far from it — in fact, Uber would have been a much safer option. Although our stay at the hotel itself was pleasant, this taxi experience has left us deeply disappointed and shaken. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to other guests.

The hotel services, especially staffs, should have a service excellence training. The service should have a BIG IMPROVEMENT. Hotel Business are based on "Service" and "Customer Experience". Since me & my friend arrived, we didnt see any of your staffs "smile" or have a friendly service or hospitality, also the manner. This is the area that your hotel should reconsider for improvement to enhance an exceptional experience for tourists.

Booked a different room and was given a different one. Pictures don’t match the actual room (sofa chair shown in the room picture but not available in the room) and when asked, the booked room wasn’t available and the reception kept asking to check again and again if the room becomes available they will move us. But unfortunately after trying a few times we gave up. How can you give the room to someone else when I had booked it ? The reception said it doesn’t matter which room is it, meaning to them it doesn’t matter which room you book, they will give you what’s available at the time you check in. Service is also average, have to call multiple times to front desk if you need any help. Hotel corridor and room were smelly. Location is good. Overall a bad experience.

Well situated, modern hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Good and varied breakfast, friendly and efficient staff.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel.. Everyone is sleeping in the lobby the moment we step in, so crowded and constantly have to wait to talk to the reception for everything Didnt give us toothbrush at first, had to request but no one actually came up. location is actually quite far from most other attractions and not much of good food around The gym is awful , very small room, limited space and can barely breathe inside. The room has some weird layout which the table is blocking and you cant really walk through from the bed to the side We accidentally went to the Ramada Plaza City Centre branch at first which looks much better. Its cheap anyways, you pay for what you get.

This hotel is well past its best and is in desperate need of an upgrade. There were so many issues with our room and the hotel in general, the main ones being 1) our AC didn't work, and when they eventually fixed it the unit was incredibly noisy and very unsightly in the room; 2) there were ants all over our room; 3) the bedsheet was dirty so we had to call to have that changed (it also took us calling three times before someone came and did it); 4) the AC in the gym was broken so it was like a sweatbox in there, 5) the flush on the toilet broke and we had to fix it ourselves since it was incredibly difficult getting help from reception. There was so much more wrong, so if you value working amenities and cleanliness in a hotel, avoid this one! Only upside really was the view as we were on the right side of the hotel to see the Prince's mosque from our window.

Shower cleaningness is soo bad. Service also so bad. It was 27-29C hot outside, they switch off automatically. Asked switch it on several times these two days, and they it only 2 times.
