Ibis Styles Properties in Istanbul

I definitely extended my stay because the staff was great. There's a restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, and there's a kebab shop across the street. There's a BIM store next door for everyday shopping. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced. But the road is very busy with cars. I recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel after an early morning flight from London. Despite my early arrival, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in early based on room availability. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the evening reception staff were equally impressive, promptly addressing any issues I had during my stay. I was in town for a hair transplant, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of throughout the process. Their exceptional customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service!

Brand new hotel, only 7 months old. Very well designed, with attention to detail, sustainability in mind and super helpful staff. Particularly, Batuhan and Asya were super kind and helpful as we arrived after midnight and they offered us dental kit, shaving kit and gave us another little upgrade we asked for. They also warned us about the option to have smoking and non-smoking room which surely saved us from switching rooms further. Yildiray and Yaprak were so kind also to give us water and children's gift for our kid. Thank you to the whole team at ibis for making our stay so wonderful!

Hotel location is Merter clothing market, it is good option for wholesale shopping, otherwise location just so so, rooms are nice and well decodated
