During our one week stay in Sofitel Istanbul, staff were very warm and helpful! We stay in a suite, room is very clean and cozy! Very impressive service when having our breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Before our departure, Chef Ahmet even made a special dish for us and Mehmet treats the customers iust like your family members! The entire team is very well trained in general and definitely we will come back again.

I visited Istanbul from USA and this is my review! This hotel is very clean and kid friendly! It’s a must you stay here if you ever visit Taksim, Istanbul. This hotel is in the perfect location, A lot of good food nearby, shopping nearby, grocery stores and mosque. Definitely I will come here again for my next visit to Türkiye, it’s close to Taksim square and many foods surrounding. Can easily get taxi, buses and metro. The room is so huge, with living room and kitchen :) The room is clean and the hotel staffs are so nice, very helpful :) Thank you 🙏🏽

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is located in Beyoglu, 300 meters from Taksim Square. It is chosen because of its successful location and cosy rooms (there are video rooms in history). The hotel is small, only 10 rooms, next to the metro and the furnace, walking for 7 minutes. The rooms are really very comfortable, cleaning and clean towels every day. Staff is friendly. Everything is great. Good price for it. There are supermarkets, shops, cafes next door. The famous pedestrian street is 400 meters away. The area itself, especially near the metro leaves to want the best, very many requests, I think late in the evening it is better not to return, girls definitely do not recommend late to walk in this area. When you go down in the subway (in the tunnel), there is the corresponding smell and a lot of people sleep on the cartons.

Impera hotel is in a very safe and quiet street, even though it is in the middle of nightlife and entertainment. Breakfast presentations are very nice, the staff is attentive and kind. You can get good advice about the region. They have a huge wine selection and menus with good pizza and good pasta. If you want to stay away from the chaos of Taksim, I highly recommend it. I stayed in a standard room, it is a city hotel with very stylish architectural touches, there is great effort and vision in the entire building, I cannot say that the rooms are big but they are useful. The room I stayed in did not have a view, but I did not feel that this was a deficiency, after all, I did not want to pay exorbitant prices to different hotels just for the view.

As a solo female traveller who stayed here for nearly 2 weeks, I would have to say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. It’s in a safe, quiet and convenient location - 5 mins walk away from Osmanbey Metro station. It’s located in the heart of Nişantaşı. There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. around. It’s 5 mins walk away from Lotus Walk mall, a few blocks away from City’s Nişantaşı mall and 1-4 stops away from the main tourist sites. I also appreciate the beautiful architecture and design of the hotel. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the classy and modern design - from the walls, to the furniture, the lighting and it smells so good too! It’s a new hotel so it’s super clean and the housekeeping ladies are extremely efficient, very polite and do an amazing job everyday. The staff are all very friendly, accommodating and truly the epitome of Turkish hospitality. I can’t wait to come back to Istanbul and stay here again! I stayed in a Single Economy Room and chose it based on the booking description - 12 square meters. The room turned out to be very small and could hardly moved once in, worse when I had to open the luggage and get things to use. Room amenities were sufficient. Room and bathroom were clean, but room size description could have been more honest. English of staff was generally not good, except for one night male staff. They responded to questions but not in a particularly enthusiastic manner. It was difficult to get recommendations. Breakfast was reasonable and F&B staff were attentive.

Great Place! Amazing Contemporary Istanbul Event! I came here to visit the Contemporary Event. I did not have the chance to stay however I really would like to stay with my next trip to Istanbul. I had the chance to try enjoy the terrace with a beautiful view. The Lobby is just WOW! Very friendly and hospitable staff also I was not staying they did treat me as a guest. I think thats turkish hospitality.
