Good location but staff were rude and unhelpful. Room not serviced. Very noisy staff and building activity. Many more peaceful options in Itacaré.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pousada Portal da Concha! It is in the perfect spot. Close to many restaurants and shops that you can easily walk to. The staff was kind and friendly. They gave a lot of information about the surrounding beaches which was very helpful. The pool area was great and even had a small playground which was great for our active toddler. The breakfast was delicious and had great variety. We will definitely be returning to Pousada Portal da Concha during our future visits to Itacaré.

Amei a hospedagem. A pousada fica num lugar estratégico, de fácil deslocamento. Muito limpa, organizada. A equipe sensacional, atenciosa e gentil. Bom café da manhã. A chuva não atrapalhou, mas se tivesse uma cobertura no acesso ao salão do café, ficaria mais perfeito ainda.
