"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The rooms and facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness was below my expectations. The lighting throughout the hotel and in the room was very dim, making everything feel dark and uninviting. To make matters worse, we were initially assigned the wrong room, which caused unnecessary inconvenience at check-in. Besides, the front desk is always empty, nobody was there when you need to ask something. Breakfast was also disapointing. We arrived 20 minutes before the advertised breakfast closing time, but most of the food had already run out and was not replenished, leaving us with very few options. After checking out, I requested a receipt multiple times, but the hotel refused to provide one. I have never experienced a hotel refusing such a basic request. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this hotel did not provide the quality or service I expected for the price. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it."
