Super 8 by Wyndham Ithaca Reviews

This was my first time staying at a Super 8, and at this price point, I wouldn't normally choose it, but I needed to for my daughter's graduation. It's a pretty standard budget hotel; the only real plus is its proximity to the university.

Great location. Next to big malls and shops and restaurants

It was incredibly noisy at night; I could still hear the front desk staff and guests laughing together at 3 a.m. The cleanliness was also terrible, and the room's air conditioner was old and extremely dry. In the morning, staff violently knocked on the door.

The room facilities were outdated, and the front desk staff were always stern and arrogant, while we had to constantly smile and beg them as if we were begging. The payment methods were unfriendly; they didn't accept RMB online and insisted on paying in USD upon arrival. After some maneuvering, the front desk staff announced that the credit card used for booking was unacceptable, thankfully we had a backup card. Considering we don't understand English, it would have taken even more time to communicate. An unpleasant experience.

It's alright, relatively good value for money. However, it's not worth the price on weekends.

Very ordinary hotel, the price is really expensive, not worth it, the breakfast is very ordinary

The mattress is comfortable and the room is large.

Good service environment

I won't stay here anymore.
