The room is good in size. Location is not close to train station but hotel has transportation to station in the morning. There are stores close to hotel as well. Breakfast is good. Overall satisfactory stay.

This is a historic hotel where you open the doors with a key. There's a large supermarket and two convenience stores nearby, so meals are never an issue. The supermarket also has a washer/dryer combo. You have to lay out the futons yourself on the tatami mats. Given its age, although there are many outlets in the room, there are no USB ports. The hotel offers a daily shuttle to the nearby train station, and they'll ask you if you need it at check-in.

Excellent hotel! They have both indoor and outdoor onsens (hot springs), and there's a convenience store nearby, along with some great restaurants. It's also very close to Minami-Itō JR Station and a bus stop.

The Japanese-style room was very spacious, but it had a woody smell. It comes with its own hot spring, which was not crowded at all in the evening. There's also a free manga room with tons of comics. The hotel is right next to a supermarket and a self-service laundry room, which is super convenient.

Excellent, exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly spacious.

On the first day, we arrived at JR Ito Station after 6 PM. I tried calling the hotel but no one answered, so we had to take the Ito Kyuko Line. After getting off, we walked for over ten minutes with our luggage. Both of us are over seventy, and we were quite exhausted. I suggest extending the pick-up service until 8 PM. However, after checking in, we were very satisfied with all the services.

The room I was given was terrible, facing other guest rooms directly. If I opened the curtains, I'd be staring right into multiple other rooms, which was super awkward! And this is the first time I've ever stayed in a tatami room where I had to make my own bed! It's not my first time in a tatami room at a hot spring hotel, but this was a first. The outdoor onsen only had one pool, which was okay. The 24-hour supermarket next door was a plus, though.

There’s a bus stop right in front of hotel. They offered welcome drinks for a certain period of time. The hotel also has a pool, manga corner, karaoke, MJ room and ping pong. The only downside is the room’s bath, the shower is very weak, even the sink has a strong pressure than the shower head. Overall, not bad.

Super satisfied! We drove there, so I'm not sure how convenient public transport is. The room environment exceeded our expectations, and right next door there's a 24-hour supermarket and a Daiso. Shopping spree without hesitation!

I was surprised that I was asked to pay an extra fee of 300 yen per person as onsen tax when I check out. It would be better if I was informed this extra tax during booking.

Location was good in town, service was great, the frontdesk was trying all their best to translate for me in english, and stayed late for my late checkin. Onsen was nice with the outdoor one. Place was slightly old thats my only issue.

Great environment, excellent service, and the hot springs are clean and authentic!

offer ito station pick up from 2-6pm and drop off by 10am. not comfortable to make bed in japanese style room
