I checked the parking lot, but they kept making unpleasant comments like "This is bad, this is bad," and we didn't move forward, so I had to go downstairs and tell them where it was. It seems that the owner's family handled the situation when he was not there, but I would like them to be educated on how to handle situations when the owner is not there.
