Collina Degli Ulivi B&B

We had a wonderful stay at Collina degli Ulivi and would happily come back. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. Having breakfast served on our private terrace every morning felt like a real luxury, and the pool was lovely. Our teenage daughters also loved the place. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, both in person and on WhatsApp. When we asked if we could use the washing machine, they even washed and hung up our laundry for us. That was far beyond what we expected and such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We have already talked about coming back, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Visited with a young toddler from England, and we were made to feel very welcome, so friendly and helpful. The place is stunning, the pool is beautiful and clean (salt water, which is refreshing). The room was clean and smelt fresh, and breakfast was lovely. The wifi was fast and worked well, and great air conditioning in the room. Perfect place for a quiet getaway, and my toddler was very welcome and loved swimming.

We enjoyed eight nights at this beautiful, quiet property away from crowds, yet lots of places to explore nearby, with a car. The owner and staff were very welcoming, kind. Breakfast on private patio of room each morning and beautifully decorated, spotless room. Pool amazing and still open in October although cool.

Fantastic experience!!! Everything was fantastic! Giuseppe, is a gem, and was so kind organizing a safe wonderful local driver to pick us up from the train station, and he also picked me up for dinner at night, and a last minute train hurdle he even drove us to Rome for a fair price. This Villa is like no other, overlooking the mountains and Mediterranean views. It feels like you’re home away from the world with nature and quietness. Breakfast was fantastic delivered to our balcony in the morning, with croissants and cappuccinos. I hope we can go back that’s how much we loved it! Pool is beautiful even though it was a little chilly since we’re in October but we still loved it. I cannot recommend this enough! 5 stars!!! It is up in the mountain with no stores around, so it’s good to come with basic snacks and immediate food and drinks. However there is a small mini bar in the room with good prices and it saved the day for us since we arrived earlier in the day. Thank you again truly!

This Bed & Breakfast was the best we’ve ever been to. The view was incredible, the infinity pool beautiful, and the room so clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely recommend to others. Getting to the property is a drive up a steep cliff but really with only one curve that is ok if you’re ready for it. I would recommend contacting the property to find out exactly how to get there and not just rely on GPS because you’ll lose service. But it’s absolutely worth it!

Quietest spot I've been in years. A quiet spot in the hills. A bit of a windy road to access. Room seemed very new and or well cared for. Amazing pool. Amazing views
