Relaxing Retreat in Ivins — Near Snow Canyon & Tuacahn Amphitheatre

Great experience The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area.

Perfect spot! Perfect place to stay if you're going to Tuachan and/or hiking at Snow Canyon area. Quiet area and cozy room. Hosts were excellent and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Midpoint overnight stay This was a stopping point on the way to drop my son off to college. Just needed a quiet small place to spend the night. This was a perfect property. Very clean and good communication with the owners. Neighborhood was quiet. We got in late and left early so it was perfect for what we needed.

Great little place, very private feel. We stayed longer than our normal weekend visit would be—so I ended up wishing there was a toaster in the room. But now that I write this, I realize no hotels really do toasters in the room either.... So I guess if they had a continental breakfast somehow the amenities would even get 5 stars 😆. Only 1 plastic knife there as well with all the plastic forks and spoons, but again—why even have forks if there's only coffee in the room? We used them for the food we brought ourselves and we were glad for those and the spoons. Really good if you don't want to have to drive far from the Tuacahn shows late at night 👍
