房間大小合適，設備現代化，職員服務態度友善、殷勤，環境寧靜，房間清潔，房內提供的用品、飲品都很齊全，並有小型保險箱，向河的景觀甚美麗，冷氣舒適。
整體入住經驗很好
不喜歡 · 可惜的是浴室門前的燈泡壞了幾天，雖然有前台人員來核實情況，但直到離開酒店都未有工程人員維修。
還有點小問題，電熱水壼的水垢沒有清理；壼蓋鉸鏈位置破損以致不能開合；淋浴間的水很容易流出淋浴間門外；冷氣開至最大時有震動聲響。
酒店的位置使出租車司機很容易錯過路口，需要多轉幾圈才能到達，使車費增加。
希望酒店方面可以做出改善，使服務更臻完善、美好。

旅遊團選用的酒店，正常的三星級。大堂很大，房間面積也可以，靠北邊的一排房間可以看到塞納河。不過周邊好像工業區，沒有很漂亮的景色，總之就是中規中矩。
旁邊有家樂福大超市、中國麪館、泰餐、日料、咖啡館…距離地鐵站需要步行20分鐘
