Kura Hotel Izumisano

I wanted to express my frustration regarding the difficulty we've encountered in receiving the PIN directly before our arrival. Despite repeated requests, we have only been sent a file that we are unable to open. We have spent over 30 minutes attempting to resolve this issue through email and IDD calls, which has cost us both time and money. I hope someone can ensure that we receive the PIN in a more accessible format or just tell us the number, not a file!

My stay at here was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was great—close to KIX. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is clean, convenient, and well-maintained. The room is of standard size and fully equipped with toiletries such as soap and shampoo. I am highly impressed with the service and will definitely return again.

Good location, nice and clean . Would be better if there is a microwave.

Very conveniently location just next to subway station but this hotel don’t have reception, you have to pre register with the hotel before your stay, they will let you know the PIN code to enter the main door and your room number and pin too

I was surprised with convenience we had when we stayed here. 5 minutes from the train station, there is a nearby supermarket, laundry and convenience store even a 100 yen shop. So if you need something you could just buy it at the 100 yen right in front of the Izumisano Station. 10 minutes away by train to Kansai Airport.  The room was spacious compared with the other hotels we’ve stayed overpriced yet too small. It has a small pan, plates, and cutlery. We enjoyed cooking there. Just one thing there is no table so we made an improvised picnic matt we bought from the dollar shop. To avoid stains everywhere.
