"I checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in. The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese. The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there. The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious. I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night. I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine. The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there."

"The room was very clean, there was a large public bath (although it was a little small), and I was able to relax with a welcome drink. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets in the area, so if you plan to drink in your room, I recommend shopping around the station. There are several taverns nearby. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease."

"First time visiting this hotel chain and it was way above my expectations. Self service checking was smooth and very easy. We were two persons in a single room and jt was a small room but very practical, clean and well function with all the smart details and power outlets you would need to recharge. No bath tub, but im more in favour of a good and spacious shower than climbing into a tub just to get a shower. Picture of the room was as described. Breakfast in the Tullly’s cafe is very practical and way better than a typical hotel buffet. I will for sure use B4T again anywhere I find this new and smart hotel chain."
