The front desk's service was poor. I noticed the missing loungewear and other amenities when I was leaving. I left without using them. There was no explanation. The explanation was insufficient. Loungewear, razors, etc.

Although it's a little far from the station, the staff were very friendly and I had a very pleasant stay. I stayed for two nights, and while I was relaxing in my room thinking I didn't need my room cleaned, but I did need some towels, I found a bag containing a set of towels and a green tea and coffee set hanging on the door handle. I'm very satisfied.

The breakfast was substantial. Not flashy, but good. I was a little disappointed that the rice was a little soft.

I made a reservation online, but because I didn't know how to do it properly, I ended up making three reservations! Even if I canceled, there was no refund (on trip.com), so it ended up being a high tuition fee. The hotel staff were very friendly. I only stayed one night, but it was a homely experience, and I hope to stay again if I have the chance. However, there was a step in the room, so I was careful not to trip.

I stayed here for 4 nights for work. The rooms were well-cleaned and clean. The large public bath is switched between men and women depending on the time of day. You can choose your shampoo and other amenities, and there are plenty of them. The breakfast is... a bit disappointing for the price. That said, there is no place to get breakfast nearby.

If there was covered parking for motorbikes it would be perfect.

This time, I decided to stay there because there was a concert by Yume Group. I chose this hotel based on the introduction video I saw on YouTube. It turned out to be a very good hotel. I was very grateful that I could drink it from 7am until check-out, and the lemon water next to it was very refreshing and delicious. I also drank the coffee and tea powder in the room, so I hardly had to pay for drinks. This hotel has a shampoo buffet, a service where you can freely choose high-end shampoos, and I was very excited to try shampoos that I would not be able to buy myself. The room was also very relaxing and calming. The floors were wooden, so it felt like I was at home. All the breakfasts were delicious. The menu was very substantial, with simmered dishes, grilled dishes, salads, and steamed curries. I was very impressed with the hospitality, which I would not expect from a business hotel. There is a large public bath, which is divided between men and women. It's not that big, but it was clean and the water was hot and felt great. I didn't rent them this time, but they also had a foot massager and a facial device (I think it's an aromatherapy tabletop machine), so I would recommend it for women. I think you'd have a lot of fun even if you just stay in your room. As it's a business hotel, I expect there are more male guests, but I think female guests would also be pleased. You can check out by machine, so I don't think it's crowded in the morning. From what I saw, this is a very satisfying hotel. I also thought the staff were very attentive and kind.
