When I arrived in hotel 3 person welcomed me after checking in I walked out for food one of them stopped to have a tea which is a small bar was detached to hotel when I intered a girl came sit on my desk which I even didn't want after they ask me to pay 2500 Turkish lira so they are bunch of scammer and very very dangerous this hotel absolutely dangerous

Hotel is nice. The staff made me pay extra because my booking said one guest and I was travelling with my girlfriend, even though the room was the same (a doubke room). I've been to 32 countries and I've never experienced this before, what does the extra money go towards when the room is literally the same? The breakfast here was great.

I was just here for one quick night. Good location near the main station but quite a few minutes walk to the center/ seaside. Breakfast was ok. It is located in an alley but I didn’t feel unsafe.

Very dirty rooms, toilets and bath tub. Very old furnitures. Breakfast is very simple. Friend desk staffs are polite, that’s the only plus point. Very hopeless. Housekeeping is very poor. Toilets has got full of stains. But tub you can’t put your leg in it. That much dirty.

Mr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs. He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.  The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)  Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.  The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.  You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.  There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports. If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, good location, close to the train station, if you would like to travel by train, highly recommend
