The hotel is located perfectly close to Izban (directly to the airport) and Metro (5 mins walk) and the promenade (15 mins walk). Breakfast is good - also for vegetarians (eggs, various kinds of cheese), excellent vegetables and olives. Beds are comfortable (they were pretty soft, but it's fine for me). And thats all what is good sbout this hotel.. The room (twin standard) was rather on the small side and dark. Windows not really well isulated. No safe in the room,we had to ask to have it installed. Well, generally, amenities in the hotel are old.

A decent spot with a superb location. It's near the old town, train station, not far from the pier, and just a short stroll to the metro. While the staff appeared a bit stoic, they were genuinely enthusiastic and helpful in sorting out any accommodation concerns.

Valet parking is available, with staff parking your car in the garage. The rooms, while a bit dated in decor, were spotless. The location is great, being very close to the beach. Plus, there's a delicious BBQ restaurant right outside and a convenience store conveniently located next door.

Hotel is racing with 5* otel... Hotel first rule is customer happiness... All team very friendly.. ... When you come to hotel Mr Ergin is at door.. he is working like 3 people.. always try for customer working.. all team reception breakfast house keep friendly.. they first purposal customer happines.. This hotel in reality serve like 5*.. i know some 4* hotel more expensive than this hotel... they cannot race with these hotel.. room very comfortable...everywhere clean.. breakfast excelent. dont search another hotel ..

Excellent location, 3 min walk from Basmane station, where there is direct train to the airport. Room is clean, breakfast is good, and staff is very friendly. The only problem is that the building is under renovation so the windows are boarded up so room was dark.

The location is terrible. It's filthy and rundown. Parking is extremely limited, though they do offer complimentary valet service. The area has a lot of homeless people, which makes it feel quite unsafe.
