This is a good hotel. They have breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view. The room is large and well-cleaned. Perhaps the price is a bit high for such a place.

The staff not so good at English, and i requested to check out at least one hour later they didnt agree, this upset us a little as hotel staff in general try to make the tourists comfortable.

Only the location was good, this hotel needs renovation and needs to have a good owner, they was closing the ac in the room and in the restaurant that we had breakfast, everywhere in the hotel was freezing cold. poor breakfast.

Dear [Hotel/Booking Service], We made a booking through your app. However, upon arrival last night, we were surprised to learn that only one room had been reserved under our name. As a result, we had to make an additional booking on the spot and paid for another room under the guest name Lorin. Hotel says we have only one booking . Since I already had a confirmed booking, I kindly request a refund for one of the duplicate room charges. Please review the reservation details and assist me in processing the refund.

I chose this hotel for its location, expecting a nice view. Instead, my window looked at a building shaft. Breakfast is ok, althought many standard equipment was missing. Coffee was like dishwater. You can find many good, equally priced, but nice hotels around.

Amazing location, booked a deluxe sea view room and the view out the window is just fantastic. Very clean and big room. If you have a car they try to park it as close to the hotel as possible. Breakfast was great, would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very clean and very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king bed you either get harbour view or the street view. Breakfast was excellent with different variety of your choice. The roof top restaurant was spectacular harbour views. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Highly recommended.
