The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. It was very close to the subway station, about 3 minutes away, and about 15 minutes' walk from the seaside. I will book this hotel next time

I went to Izmir on May Day and the hotel was in a very central location, at an exit of the city center roundabout. But the road is actually not easy to walk and the entrance is very narrow. Brothers going to Izmir should expect terrible traffic there. This hotel provides valet parking service. The entrance of the hotel is very small. If you go there for the first time, you can park directly in front of the hotel and let the staff park for you. This service is very considerate. It really killed me to let me figure out how to park my car. Thumbs up for this parking service.
In terms of rooms, the rooms are not big and the hotel overall is relatively compact. The room is clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there is a large park next to it.
Finally, I want to praise the hotel's service. I dropped a coat at the hotel and my airpod was still in the coat pocket. The hotel found it quickly and sent it back to China for me. Thank you very much for the hotel's service.

Very good hotel with very good facilities.
The location is a bit strange, but in general it's like you're out of the tourist and the streets are quite different.

Staff clearly rude from the beginning. From start to finish we felt contempt towards us from all staff interactions. Man at reception was particularly rude and didn’t apologise when his dog …… who was laying in front of the door tried to bite me . Area around hotel is full of ************ and you feel unsafe. Room was moderately clean but lacked the quality of a 3 star hotel, Nevermind a 4 star . Walls paper thin and we could hear talking all night. Didn’t have time for breakfast as we was catching a early train . Proximity to the train station is the only plus side to this, massively over rated pretend 4 star hotel.

Brilliant and accomodating, the staff were wonderful, especially Alp Coskun who was attentive, kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Made a good visit, great and as a result, we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

From the moment we checked in for 3 nights, we experienced extremely friendly staff from front desk to each and every person working in the hotel. Location was very convenient, in 5 minutes we reached hotel from the main station. Rooms are very clean and big enough. Breakfast had plenty of variety and caters everyone’s needs, only thing we missed was mercimek soup, I hope they include this in their menu. We had a wonderful and fantastic stay, and definitely I would recommend this hotel and would love to come back here soon, InshaAllah.

The negative points of the hotel were that the air conditioning was very poor and the noise around the hotel was too much. There were too many ************ near the hotel at night. The hotel did not have a special room for storing luggage and usually the luggage was in the lobby The positive points of the hotel were the proximity to the metro station and a 10-minute walk to the beach
