Good overall stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Amenities and service were good and met expectations. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from the city center and main attractions. Other than that, everything was fine and I would still recommend the hotel.

Mitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits. Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest. The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything. The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night. The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

We chose this hotel because it's part of a hotel chain. The elevators were a bit old, but they had been recently serviced. There was a lot of noise transfer between rooms, which was a bit disturbing. The cleanliness was generally satisfactory, but deep cleaning wasn't very thorough due to the hotel's age. Although the location looked good on the map, the neighborhood profile was unfortunately not very good. Walking to the hotel at night was a bit daunting.
