"Hello, we had planned a couple's trip but I ended up staying alone in the city. I found the hotel easily, its location is very convenient. From the moment you enter, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I stayed in a Junior Suite. The hotel's furniture and the hotel itself are clearly new. Everything is clean, and I say this as someone who is extra meticulous about cleaning. The only issue was that there were a lot of flies, probably because they aired the room before check-in, but I managed to get rid of them ☺️ I didn't experience any problems with the water temperature as mentioned in a few other reviews. The bathroom is spacious, not as small as the palm of your hand like in other hotels. The bathtub was pleasant/ I had a little trouble closing the stopper. Maybe it's just natural, I don't know. The fact that they put an iron in the rooms without asking is great. You never know when you might need it. The drawstring on one of the bathrobes was broken. Probably it wasn't checked. The ceiling mirror above the bed is aesthetically pleasing. The makeup mirror is great for women, the light inside was a little crooked but it did the job. I stayed on the sunny side facing the street, which was enjoyable watching the street. The breakfast was adequate, only many things were cold. I liked it, the staff are very helpful and polite. I don't remember names, but thank you to everyone. If I come to Izmir again, will I stay? Yes."

"I stayed for two nights in July 2022. My room was on the 18th floor and had a sea view. I was blown away and it was so nice to be able to watch the sunset, people, and the buzz of the night life from the spacious and comfortable balcony. The ac was strong, room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv had a lot of channels, and the rooftop lounge was a bonus. I had a quiet stay; I never heard my neighbors. The staff were amazing. I ordered room service twice and the food was really good. The hotel is located within walking distance of many sites, shops, and restaurants. I had a two-minute walk to the water, where many would gather to socialize and take in the beauty of the city and sea. When it was time for me to go to the airport, the staff called a taxi, which arrived in a minute. I will definitely book here and stay again."

"The hotel is rather old, and the location is not ideal. In my case, I was given a room with no windows. I didn’t enjoy it at all. The air conditioner didn’t function well. The room smelled mouldy. People who are claustrophobic must avoid checking in this hotel. The breakfast was ordinary but acceptable. Most staff don’t speak English."

"Hotel is not too far located from the airport (one single trip with taxi around 120-130 Turkish Lira). Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out. Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud."
