"Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean. A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up. Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve."
