The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean. A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up. Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve."

There was a lot of smoking in the room before us, although the order was for non-smokers. The smell of cigarettes and alcohol in the elevator and room. We had to not use the shower and sleep in our clothes for fear of dirty bed linen"
