The review posted in Jan 2024 is not a true reflection of camping Iznate. We used this site for a few years and although the site is basic. Maria and her family and staff were very kind and helpful. Our Spanish was limited but Maria was always very helpful.

I don't understand the comments about this campsite!! We trusted it and so we reserved a month, except that it is a campsite that is not at all maintained, dirty, we have a view of a permanent dump, we stayed there 2 nights. You have people in this campsite all year round, very few passing CCs. Access to the campsite is extremely dangerous, road with a 15 degree descent. Maria, the owner is not friendly, did not give us a good welcome when we arrived. Not recommended for large motorhomes and move on.

We spent a month in this rural campsite. We are delighted with this stay. A sublime view of the Axarquia (mountains, sea, white villages on the heights) simply magical! Maria, the owner of the place, reserved, nevertheless charming and generous. Her adorable and warm husband. Sanitary facilities always impeccable. Thank you. See you soon.
