I took my parents and brother here for their birthdays with my first paycheck. It's a rather old-fashioned ryokan, and I couldn't help but laugh when I saw it had a mountain view instead of an ocean view. The food was quite sophisticated, a bit too high-brow for my childish palate! I also noticed there seemed to be many foreign staff members. Thank you for everything!

This hotel boasts an excellent location and is quite spacious. The outdoor onsen experience was fantastic. The pure Japanese-style room was large and comfortable, and overall, I was very satisfied. Our stay at Toi Fujiya Hotel felt like being treated to a 5-star experience. The service was absolutely exceptional - every staff member was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious and beautifully comfortable, with plush bedding and a relaxing atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the private onsen in the room - such a luxurious treat and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. And the food… wow! So much variety and every dish was delicious - a true feast that made every meal memorable. Overall, Toi Fujiya Hotel went above and beyond in every way. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
