Outstanding
GGuest UserI used it for the wedding anniversary celebration.
I've seen it in a magazine before, and I've been worried about it all the time, and this time I was able to ask my long-cherished wish come true.
The room, the food and the staff were able to spend a very good time with two people more than expected.
The facility name LOQUAT means ”Biwa”, and there is a ”Shirabiwa” that can only be seen in this area on the premises.
When I heard it at dinner, I thought it was a nice story, but after checking out, I asked the staff to suggest that it was the season, and I had a harvest experience.
It was a very enjoyable and valuable experience.
He also experiences making biwa sake, which seems to be very interesting.
In the future, I am very looking forward to increasing the number of 々 experience plans.
It is an inn that I want to visit again on an important day.
GGuest UserIt's really great! The free open-air hot spring on the top floor faces the pink, green and brown vegetation hillside + the smoky mist is not sure whether it is the fog in the mountain or the hot air of the natural hot spring. I feel like I have a concrete experience of being in a paradise! Secondly, there are seven private hot springs on the fourth floor, all free of charge, no need to make an appointment in advance, just queue up on the spot (waiting for the combined seat first). I went to the public pool on the top floor at 6:30 in the morning. It was full, so I went to the public pool on the top floor first. It was said to be public, but in fact, I was the only one who contracted the open-air pool when I was soaking! Ten minutes later, I went back to the fourth floor to try my luck again. One cave was empty, so I hurried in to soak! The regulations say that it cannot exceed 30 minutes, but in fact, soaking for more than ten minutes is enough. I will feel a little dizzy if I soak for more. When I came out again, I found that 6 out of 7 were empty. I looked at the time and it was about 7:30+. I guessed that everyone went to have breakfast at this time! Since I didn't have enough time, I would have soaked in each one! I had no choice but to go in and take a look at each one. The size of the pattern is similar. There is also a semi-open-air wooden barrel hot spring on the balcony of the room. It is said to be warm water, not hot spring water, but you can take beautiful photos! (It’s a pity that I didn’t have enough time to take action... I’ll leave some regrets and come back next time!) There is also a buffet dinner with sweet shrimp sashimi, scallop sashimi, and sashimi of unknown fish, as well as various Japanese and Western choices. I didn’t try the theme wine this time, but I will try it next time! There is also the Shuzenji scenic area next to it. Unfortunately, it rained and I didn’t have a good look at this small town in the scenic area! Let’s make up for it next time! This will definitely be a hotel I will check in again!
GGuest UserThe hotel service and facilities are not satisfactory. The open-air bath in the public area is under maintenance and cannot be used. The indoor public bath has only three flushing positions, which is very small and requires queuing, and the drainage is blocked. There are no toiletries provided indoors, and you need to go to the front desk to ask for them. After 6 pm, there are no service staff but only the uncle on duty, which is very inconvenient. There is no private bath in the room, and the picture is quite different from the actual scene. The breakfast in the morning is OK
GGuest UserAmazing service and onsen facilities. There are both indoor and outdoor, private and public baths to choose from. There are unlimited drinks from the drinks machines and also other complementary food services.
Both the meals, breakfast and dinner, were exquisite. It was great to experience traditional Japanese dining.
The traditional Japanese building was like a labyrinth and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the many halls and gardens. The location is also great and there are many shops and temples around the area.
All in all the perfect place to have a more traditional Japanese experience whilst receiving excellent service.
IItt-KoyArai Ryokan, built in 1872, is a luxurious ryokan with 31 Japanese style guest rooms are located in various private cottages. Its 15 wooden structures are registered as the national cultural assets. Many Japanese celebrated artists made frequent visit and the big art collection is housed in the ryokan. A wooden bridge leads to the guest rooms which overlook either the river or the courtyard with its large pond full of carp. Arai Ryokan’s traditional Japanese cuisine kaiseki served features local fresh seafood and vegetable of each season.
GGuest UserWe stayed here to celebrate my mother's 88th birthday.
When we arrived, two women were waiting for us and quickly carried our luggage.
The view of the Japanese garden from our room was wonderful, and the vivid fresh greenery was soothing to the soul.
The dinner we had in our private room was a seasonal kaiseki meal, served one dish at a time in perfect timing and in beautiful utensils, all of which was delicious.
We enjoyed a delicious coffee after the meal in the free cafe.
The baths are switched between men's and women's, so we were able to enjoy both large baths.
The flowers and furnishings throughout the building were also wonderful, and we took our time looking at them.
The young man in charge was friendly and explained things carefully, so we had a pleasant stay.
This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again in a different season.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the mountains near Shuzenji Temple. We originally booked this hotel expecting a beautiful view, but the waiter actually gave us a room facing the staff entrance. Not only did we not have a window view, but as soon as we opened the curtains, we could see the staff coming in and out and the garbage trucks, which really affected our mood. The hygiene in the hot spring dressing room was also worrying. The wall near the exhaust fan was obviously dusty and dirty. The hygiene of this hotel was not very good. 😑 There was hair left by someone on the bedside in the room. Sigh😑, I have to give a bad review.
GGuest UserThe Mizunoji Windnoji Yushima Ryuta Onsen Hotel is the second hot spring hotel in Izu that I stayed in after staying at the Kikuya in Shuzenji. The hotel's specialty is the kawadoko cuisine, which means dining while sitting by the river and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The hotel's rooms are extremely traditional tatami style, and the hardware is very primitive. The hotel has first-class scenery, and tourists who like tatami can try it, but I don't recommend long-term living. Maybe I prefer a ”traditional” hot spring hotel with some modern equipment.
AAlanThe place is amazing, own onsen in your room, and there is an amazing view of Fuji. The only problem is that there any restaurants for this hotel that doesn’t require a reservation prior to your check in, so if you need any food, you need to go to the hotel next-door. Other than that is a very good experience, very spacious room for your family or your friend, and it’s a great chance for you to get near nearer
to the nature.
AApple mamaFacilities: The room and hotel facilities are very complete. The hotel has restaurants, shops, hot springs, and you can also enjoy the swimming pool and hot springs of the nearby Marriott Hotel
Hygiene: clean management
Environment: comfortable, very peaceful
Service: The only disadvantage is that the hotel does not have an elevator, you have to move your luggage by yourself, and there are no staff helpers
The front desk staff is very patient to answer and explain all questions👍
