I chose this hotel for an overnight layover at Kansai Airport. The main advantage is its convenient location near the airport; it's about a 30-minute commute by foot and train to KIX. There's a shopping mall, supermarket, and Don Quijote nearby. I stayed in a twin room, and while it was small, it had everything you'd need, including a private bathroom. The downsides are that the soundproofing isn't great as it's street-facing, and while shampoo and body wash are provided, there's no conditioner.

Small but great place. It is perfect if you come late to Kansai and want to have some rest. There is everything you need there, especially during winter time: hair drier, hot bath, efficient air conditioner. But you need ear plugs. Some guests leave at night and are noisy (like Chinese tourists - I know because I speak Chinese).

The room was decent, and they offer free parking. What I found quite interesting was the front desk – its walls were covered with banknotes from all over the world, which was a nice touch.

I was staying alone, and the hotel's location isn't great. After getting off the subway, it's about a 15-minute walk, and you have to pass a cemetery on the way. However, the hotel facilities are good, providing toiletries and bathrobes. The front desk staff also have a good attitude.

The front desk service was excellent. This hotel is located near Osaka Kansai Airport. However, the behavior of some Chinese guests was quite poor; they were singing and talking loudly in Chinese late at night, and carelessly dragging their suitcases around. Japanese buildings already have poor soundproofing to begin with.

The room was clean and tidy, but the hotel itself is quite old. The bathroom faucet kept dripping and the air conditioner made strange noises, though the price was good. It's a decent option if you have an early or late flight. There's a cemetery nearby. The morning shuttle bus costs 1500 JPY per person. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Nankai train station. To get to Kansai Airport, you take one stop to Izumisano and then transfer to an express train, so it's fairly convenient.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the station and there's a mall nearby. It boasts beautiful sea views. The room was larger than expected, though the air conditioning unit was a bit dirty. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations; it was very good.

The hotel is quite old but at least its cheap. Worth it for one night stay.

🌟🤩✨ My flight was delayed a lot, so I arrived at the hotel quite late. Getting there from the airport was decent, fairly convenient. The distance from the station to the hotel was neither too close nor too far, an acceptable walk. The receptionist was a very polite gentleman; he handled the check-in quickly and efficiently. 🔑 It was one of those old-fashioned keys I haven't seen in ages, haha! Darn it, I forgot to take a picture. The room was bigger than I expected, and the bathroom was tiny, which is typical for Japan. There's a pretty big shopping mall nearby, but the convenience store is a bit of a walk, takes a while to get there. The greenery around the hotel is also very nice. There's a Western restaurant on the ground floor, but I was short on time and didn't get to try it. Osaka even has its 'spirit guys' cruising around on motorcycles late at night, buzzing away, but it didn't really bother me. Japan is so much fun; I'll definitely come back next year!

This hotel is recommendable for its neatness, warm and accommodating staff, accessible location from KANSAI AIRPORT, and its quiet surroundings. If you are into early walking, you have lots of silent places to go. A mall is near it with affordable price and it's very convenient because it is not crowded. Daily cleaning is done, if requested. Good for a one-night stay. I didn’t realize I booked the cheapest room with a shared bathroom. You need to reserve your shower time and get the key from the staff because the onsen-style bathroom is locked. Very close to the station, but navigating with large luggage can be tricky. Overall, the price matches what you get.

There's a food place downstairs selling pasta and such (P1), which is delicious and can be delivered straight to your room. The service is great, and they provide Japanese yukata robes, which are quite long. The bathroom is small, but then most Japanese bathrooms are, aren't they? P2 shows the parking lot near the hotel, and P3 is the hotel's toothpaste.

The room was completely different than photo. Dirty and need to go up the stairs to the room. Which i can't see the notes when i book the room. Luckily , has someone help to move luggage to down stairs.
