"This hotel is a complete surprise. It's called Jiayun, what a nice name. I didn't have high hopes when I booked it. I saw that it was a 10-minute walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine, with one night for one person and two meals, and the price was right. When I arrived, I found that the whole hotel had been renovated. It is exquisite and tasteful, with perfect details. There are no fake flowers, and the flower arrangements are very clean. The service is even more enthusiastic and proactive. They have the ability to receive foreigners. The staff who sent me to the room and served dinner provided Japanese service without any discounts. They used a translator to translate every sentence. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. There is a hot spring cypress bathing pool. Now the hot springs with the words "loan kiri" are all free. There is delicious ramen at 10 pm. The meal is very good at this price. There is no pick-up service. Take the bus from Izumo Station to Izumo Taisha Shrine at 2:30 pm for 30 minutes. Apple navigation is very accurate. Now I am in Jia Suiyuan Minami in Tamatsukuri Onsen. It is too old. Although the price is higher and the reputation is greater, it is completely inferior to Jiayun. It still needs a renovated hotel"

"Just two words, perfect! This can be said to be my favorite stay experience during my trip to Japan, a treasure trove of cottages in the quiet mountains! It was very clean, with complete furniture and kitchen supplies, including an oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee machine, and even two induction cookers. I also prepared a pot of tea in a thermos in advance, which really warmed me up! I drove 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket to buy ingredients and ate hot pot at home. It was so happy and comfortable! As soon as you open the doors and windows, you can see the beautiful scenery of mountains and lakes. It is very comfortable to watch the sunrise and drink coffee in the morning. My husband got up early on purpose to go for a morning run. The whole feeling of being in a paradise is so comfortable that we don’t want to go home. However, it would be very inconvenient if you can't drive here. I still recommend friends who drive to come here to steal half a day of leisure, which is very healing. Please note that you need to take the garbage away by yourself. If you need the hut management to deal with it, you need to spend 50 yen to buy a garbage bag and hand it in to the office staff. It also needs to be sorted. Combustible garbage, cans and plastic bottles all need to be packed in different garbage bags."

"It seems they're offering the banquet hall as guest rooms, but I think this plan needs to be clearly and thoroughly described as soon as possible. The banquet hall is partitioned off, the entrance is a sliding door, there's no lock, no bath, toilet, or TV—no privacy whatsoever—it's like a training camp. I had no desire to stay there, so I looked for a different hotel."

"I had stayed at the old KAI Izumo (Tamatsukuri Onsen), but compared to the new KAI Izumo, it is located on a cape close to the sea, so the scenery is much nicer. I think that the other facilities, services, meals, etc. are at the same level of satisfaction no matter where you stay. This time, the weather was very nice, so we were able to enjoy both the sunset and the sunrise. The food is visually pleasing and tastes very satisfying. This is the same no matter where you stay, but I think it's at a high level. The bath is a hot spring near the sea, so you can smell the salty water. The temperature of the hot water is just right, so you can stay in the open-air bath for a long time while looking out at the sea view. There are towels in the bath, so you can go in as many times as you like without bringing anything. I was able to spend a relaxing holiday doing nothing, enjoying the scenery, hot springs, and delicious food. The Iwami Kagura performed by the employees was also very nice. I wanted to go again."

"Pros: The hotel provides a wide variety of yukata patterns, good fabrics, and they update them quickly. The included breakfast and dinner are excellent, with Wagyu beef and whole crab. The room is super spacious, and the grounds are beautiful. The welcome drinks are two excellent Japanese sakes, all you can drink. The onsen are both indoors and outdoors, and there's also a family-run onsen. The hotel is close to the beach, and you can wear a yukata. It's a perfect resort hotel. Cons: Room 213 has a west-facing wall, which makes it very hot in the afternoon, but it gets better once the sun goes down. Restaurants are a bit far away; the nearest 7/11 is a five-minute walk."
