This hotel had a unique, fantastic vibe, almost like a modern ryokan. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and they even gave us a 1000 yen coupon as part of a promotion, which we used to buy some delicious treats. We also thoroughly enjoyed the kaiseki dinner, the dessert buffet, and the breakfast. Plus, the foot bath was a lovely touch! The only minor downside was that the private onsen slot we got was quite late in the evening. Other than that, everything was perfect! I'd recommend booking your private onsen slot well in advance next time.

This location is peaceful area in the residential area. Hotel's staffs are great, kind and helpful. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Onsen is very good. Free private onsen is the best but need reservation. Dinner and breakfast are tasty. Love them!!!

It's quiet, clean, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The private bath was fantastic! I'd love to come back.

It was the best accommodation, with a private open-air bath and a great location! Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink and were able to enjoy free soft drinks at the bar with a foot bath. Dinner was also luxurious, and the large public bath on the 7th floor was beautiful.

Because the non-smoking rooms were full, the only room I could book was a smoking room. However, the smell of smoke was incredibly strong; it wasn't just in the room, but the entire floor reeked of smoke as soon as the elevator doors opened. Sometimes, even entering the elevator itself would fill the room with the smell. The hotel had undergone partial renovations, so some things were new while others were old. The most satisfying feature was the large public bath area, and the massage chairs available on the floors below.

It would be helpful if they provided more trash cans. The food was noticeably cold, so it would be good to have more hot food in the winter.

You may be able to see the beautiful city view. The nearest convenience store is a 7-8 minute walk away. The top floor is a large bathing area and the floor is a bit slippery, so the elderly should be careful when walking. The door of the outdoor hot spring can be easily locked. The outdoor hot spring is dark and the stones can easily scratch your hands. The most praiseworthy thing is the private hot spring, which has a beautiful and high-end environment. 

The room was quite large, but there were few charging points. The public onsen was charged 150 yen, regardless of whether or not to use it. We didn't ask because we couldn't speak the language. The breakfast wasn't to my liking; it was incredibly unpalatable. The hotel was able to help with taxis, costing 2,200 yen per person. It felt like the village was deserted. This is Central Izu. I booked the wrong place. We only visited Panorama Park, which wasn't much else. We also didn't visit the restored temple.

My stay was a terrible experience. First, a pair of my pants went missing. After discovering it promptly, I realized it was taken by a staff member by mistake, or even "secretly," without any notice. I initially thought it was just an oversight, but a few days later, my father's Adidas long-sleeved jacket also mysteriously disappeared, only to be found in a "common area." Both times, it wasn't about forgetting; it was clear that the hotel had handled guest belongings without the guest's permission. I consider this behavior to be bordering on theft. The hotel not only failed to inform or apologize, but also offered no compensation. For a hot spring hotel, not only is the management disorganized and the service attitude extremely poor, but it also leaves guests questioning the safety of their personal belongings. This was the most disappointing stay I've had in years. I will never return.

The hotel is spacious and the large hot spring bath was especially great! It was outdoors, so the view was great and the water was clean, so soaking in the hot spring was a really healing and great experience. I think I'll come back again next time!!!

The location is a bit disappointing as there is nothing around, but the building has a quiet atmosphere and is overall nice. The public bath is nice and the private bath is also okay. The dinner was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't bad. I would like to visit again next time.

It was the best! The welcome drink, dessert, and private bath were all great. There was an open-air bath, and the water was great. My skin was so smooth! I want to go again!

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big enough, in addition to the public hot springs, each booking also has access to the hotel's private bath for 50 minutes, which is amazing. I didn't expect there to be sashimi for two meals in one night. It's so rich
